• Activation of the framework of relationships established for the consultants
• Establishment of an appropriate information and communication structure
• Convening and chairing appropriate meetings at all stages of the project
• Monitoring and controlling feasibility studies, design and production to ensure that the brief is being satisfied, including adherence to the budget, investment and programme plans
• Control and co-ordination of the following:
  • Detailed design and Design cost control
  • Proposals for contractual arrangements for construction
  • Appointment of the contractor and sub-contractors
  • Construction, Cost control during construction and Handover
